Learn to Run
The Family Health Team's Exercise Specialist, Sandy Turner, runs a spring Learn to Run Group in Palmerston. Due to COVID-19 this group is currently on HOLD.
This is a 10 week program where participants meet once a week for a gradual, progressive walk-run routine, with 2-3 nights of additional "home-work."

What will you get out of the running group? At the end of this 10 week program you will be able to run continuously for 30 minutes.
