The Family Health Team's Exercise Specialist, Sandy Turner, runs a spring Learn to Run Group in Palmerston.
This is a 10 week program where participants meet once a week for a gradual, progressive walk-run routine, with 2-3 nights of additional "home-work." Each week will also bring new education topics that include:
